At One Village Group, our mission is simple but powerful:

We help Missionaries get in the field faster, stay in the field longer, and stay in the field stronger.

We are currently working with seven missionaries to help them achieve these three critical goals.

Here’s why each goal is so important:

Why “FASTER”?

It can take 1-2 years for a missionary to raise their support before entering the Mission Field. If each of the thousands of new missionaries entering the Mission Field each year could reach the mission field 6-12 months faster, it would create years of additional opportunities for Kingdom work.

Our Solution: We increase the visibility of each missionary through personal blogs and social media. This visibility quickly gives a missionary the credibility and message clarity most potential supporters want before getting involved in a mission.

Why “LONGER”?

Did you know that 56% of missionaries leave the field within the first five years? This is an amazing waste of critical Kingdom building resources.

Our Solution: We teach missionaries how to stay strategically connected with their supporters in the sort-term and the long-term. Missionaries who maintain strong relationships with their supporters stay in the field longer, continuing their vital work for years to come.

Why “STRONGER”?

All missionaries face physical, emotional, and spiritual challenges in the field. Isolation, culture shock, and burnout take a heavy toll, impacting both their personal lives and their ministries.

Our Solution: Encouragement, prayer, wisdom, and Biblical counsel are readily accessible to all missionaries IF they are connected well with their sending churches and supporters. We teach missionaries how to remain strategically engrained in the hearts and minds of those who can help them most in their times of need.
