OVG 2025 - It's Going to be Amazing!

One month into the new year, and we've hit the ground running at One Village Group!
We are currently partnering with more than 10 missionaries and mission groups, helping them refine their branding and marketing, strengthen their communication infrastructure (blogs, social media, messaging, websites), and training them in best practices for effective digital communications.
Our mission is to ensure these incredible individuals and organizations are visible to the world. (See "The Invisible Missionary" here.)
Here are highlights of just a few of the missions and missionaries we’re privileged to be working with as we step into 2025.
Please pray for them and us!
1. SALT - Support and Leadership Training
Since 2006, SALT has provided seminary and counseling training to pastors and laypeople in remote areas of South America and Europe. Their work is amazing.
One Village's Scope of Work for SALT:
- Transitioning SALT’s website from WordPress to Squarespace to enhance usability, develop more online training opportunities, and save SALT money.
- Design and build blogs for key personnel at SALT to share real-time updates and engage supporters in their ministry more.
2. Trinity Life Ministry
How do families heal and reconcile from the devastating effects of addiction? That’s the awe-inspiring mission of Trinity Life Ministry.
One Village's Scope of Work for TLM:
- Create a blog site where women from broken families can share their stories, learn about Jesus Christ, and receive counseling on forgiveness and redemption with the end goal of reconciling their families.
- Train personnel on using blogs effectively to communicate with supporters and reach women in need.
3. One Mission Society
We’re thrilled to be working with One Mission Society missionaries again in 2025.
Lydia Gard is preparing to deploy to Mexico City in 2 months. In Mexico City, she will oversee short-term mission teams serving the region for OMS. These teams not only provide relief to those in need, but they also serve to inspire many participants to pursue full-time ministry. The short-term team experience is how Lydia became a missionary!
One Village's Scope of Work for Lydia:
- Provided branding and marketing training for Lydia.
- Designed and built her blog for communicating with supporters (Lydia’s Heart for Mexico).
- Currently working with Lydia to launch her blog and engage supporters.
4. Some of the Other Missionaries We Are Working With:

- Abraham Deng - Planting Schools and Churches in South Sudan (Director of Hope Encounter, Wau South Sudan): Branding, marketing, and blog site development and launch.

How You Can Help
We’ve got a lot ahead in 2025! Please pray:
- Encouragement - God will encourage the hearts of the missionaries we are working with. What we train them to do is not easy! It requires time and ongoing discipline.
- Volunteers - God will send us volunteers to help at One Village Group. We are being overwhelmed by request for training. We need two people willing to "coach" individual missionaries through the process developing and launching their online presence.
- Financial Resources - God will send more financial resources to One Village Group. We have a couple of large donors who are supporting us through our infancy stages at One Village Group. We still need individuals who are willing to come along One Village Group for the longer term mission.
Thank you for your prayers and support as we continue to serve missionaries who are bringing more Jesus to more people - and that's a good thing!
